Mikel denies engagement rumours
John Mikel Obi has dismissed reports that he has proposed to his girlfriend Olga Diyachenko.
Mikel, who is on international duty with Nigeria, told ColinUdoh.com exclusively on Thursday morning that there is no truth to the reports
"Yes, she is my girlfriend, but I have not proposed to her. If that happens, it will not be hidden and everyone will know," Mikel said.
He also asked Nigerian girls to cut his beau some slack
"I'm begging Nigerian girls to please leave her alone. Some Nigerian girls have already been attacking her (on social media) since this fake story came out."
Mikel, 27, is Nigeria's top earning football player, and among the most eligible bachelors in the country.

ReplyDeletePlease a man's got the right to marry whoever he wants to get married to. If he wants to marry Miley Cyrus what business is it of yours? He loves the woman and she makes him happy. End of story. If he marries a beautiful Ibo girl and they have an unhappy marriage then who benefits from that. In this case if he proposes and marries the Russian at least we'll know he's happy. So even if his football is not giving us any joy let's support the decisions he makes as a man. Moreover he can not marry all of you
